ABOUT KIDS IN CRISIS

Kids In Crisis is Connecticut’s only free, round-the-clock agency providing emergency shelter, crisis counseling and community education programs for children of all ages, and families dealing with a wide range of crises.

We provide essential resources that enable all children to heal, grow and thrive. Programs include our 24/7 Crisis Helpline, SafeHaven, our Emergency Shelter for kids, to our outreach programs, TeenTalk, KidsTalk, and LightHouse for the LGBTQ community, we are helping children and youth of all ages and backgrounds lead safe, healthy and productive lives.
